At Aztec Games, we are committed to providing quality products and a seamless customer experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
15-Day Return Policy
We offer refunds for products returned within 15 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original packaging and unopened.
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Sealed Product & Packaging Notice
Sealed products and cases received directly from our distribution network may contain imperfections in the shrink wrap or packaging. These minor imperfections are common and do not affect the product's contents or authenticity.
If there are imperfections in the following, the product is not eligible for a return or refund:
- Shrink wrap
- Sealed packaging
- Any external components of the product
For any issues related to manufacturing defects or improper packaging, customers must contact the relevant manufacturer directly (e.g., Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, or other applicable manufacturers). Aztec Games cannot process returns or refunds for manufacturer-related issues.
Pre-Release Purchases
- Cancellation Policy: Pre-release orders must be canceled within one week of the purchase date or at least 24 hours before the release date if placed within six days of the release. This ensures eligibility for a full refund.
- On the release date, if the order is marked as shipped or fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for a full refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at aztecgames01@gmail.com. Be prepared to provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of your request.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Aztec Games reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the policy conditions are not met or of we deem the return as a fraudulent attempt to steal from Aztec Games.
Use of Pyramid Points
- Refunds for Purchases Made with Pyramid Points: If an order purchased with Pyramid Points is eligible for a refund, the points used will be returned to your Pyramid Points account.
- No Cash Value: Pyramid Points cannot be refunded as cash or used as a payment method outside of the Pyramid Points program.
